Print out the application form.
Fill in the form including the standing order mandate.
Send it off to us at the address on the form.

When we receive your form, we will contact you to advise that it has been received. We will process the standing order mandate which will mean that your first payment of £15 will be made within a few days and your website will be up and running within 7 days of this date. £15 will be paid from your account on the same day each month.
